Our normal business hours are from 8am until 7pm.  We do realize that emergencies, sudden tragedies, and unforeseeable complications do arise.  We will always attempt to accommodate before or after business hour arrivals and departures under special circumstances.  They cause a disruption in the routine of our guests and in our daily pre and post business hour work-flow.  We would like to avoid them unless it is truly necessary, and not merely a case of convenience in your scheduling.
