The first thing we will do is call the emergency number you left with us and discuss the situation.  If it is not possible to contact anyone on the emergency number we will contact your veterinarian.  If we are not able to contact your veterinarian we will contact our veterinarian.  Unless it is a injury that we would be liable for,  you will be responsible for any veterinarian bills incurred.
