Policies

For holiday weekends we have a two day reservation minimum.

If your dog is found to have fleas or ticks we will give your dog a bath.  The cost of the bath will be added to your boarding fee.

We will give your dog his medicine according to your directions. Medication directions must be in writing.

Any dog(s) picked up before 3:00 pm will not be charged for the day of check out.

All dogs must have their annual shots.  This should be confirmed at time of reservation.

You are welcome to bring the food your dog is use to, and give us instructions on the feeding of your dog. 

All our guests are given a bed, towels for comfort, and toys to play with while they are staying with us.  If you would like to bring additional items that would be fine; however we are not be responsible for damage or lost to any toys, bedding or  other items you leave with your dog.

For the safety of our staff and other guests we can not board uncontrollable aggressive dogs.

Unless specifically requested by both owners we do not intermingle our guests dogs.  All dogs in the same family can board and/or have play time together.

Your dogs health will be watched during his/her stay with us.  We will contact you or your veterinarian in case of any problems.  If neither you or your veterinarian are available we will contact our veterinarian,  Animal Care Veterinarian Clinic in Conway.
